Fixing Amount Of Profit To Be Distributed
Is it permissible for the partners in a Musharakah to agree to a clause which states that profits up to a specified amount will go to one partner, while any profits exceeding that specified amount will be divided among all the partners according to an agreed-upon formula?
It is permissible to agree upon a clause as described in the question. This entails that a threshold of profits is specified, up to which only one partner will profit. Any amount of profit exceeding that threshold will then be divided among all partners.

For example, in a Musharakah between A and B, if the amount of profit earned is 30 and the threshold for Partner A is 10, Partner A will receive 10, while the remaining 20 will be distributed among both partners A and B according to any agreed-upon ratio.
