Rules Of Profit Distribution For Silent Partners
May a silent partner receive profit in a ratio more than the ratio of his investment?
Silent partners may not receive more profit than is proportionate to their investment, but they may receive less.

For example, it will be invalid if one silent partner invests $90,000 (as 90% of the initial investment) while a working partner invests $10,000, but agrees to pay 95% of all profits to the silent partner.
