Fixed Payment To Bank By Working Partner
Is it permissible to require the working partner to make the bank a fixed payment out of profits from the bank’s Mudarabah operations?
Such an arrangement between the working partner and the bank is permissible, provided that there is an agreement that a final settlement will be made between the bank and the working partner, and further provided that the bank will be liable for loss on investment.
